All the boats "kicked out of" the Coronados and word from Mexico (not the now defacto MX Tour Assist) that ALL boats fishing inside of 24 miles now have to check into Ensenada sent a shockwave through the fishing community. Or is it just for sportboats? Like the whole saga that is this FMM issue, there is no black and white. At least not yet. Annoymous sources told me that there is "a meeting" Monday. In the meantime, this speaks volumes: the 3/4-day fleet out of San Diego is either fishing offshore 24 miles or in U.S. Waters.
