International yellowtail derby has two weeks left

SAN DIEGO — The yellows are hitting big time and the 2012 Port of San Diego International Yellowtail Derby continued its 36-day spring run out of the San Diego Marlin Club over Memorial Day weekend.
As a reminder, there are just 12 more days to go before the weigh-ins end June 9. Anyone can enter, private boat or partyboat angler. The awards will be held June 10 at the Bali Hai restaurant 2 to 4 p.m.
Derby entrants can sign up online and a leader board is posted on the Web site daily at internationalyellowtailderby.com.
