SACRAMENTO — The trout opener for streams and the lakes and streams in the Eastern Sierra is on Saturday, and COHA is holding a big fundraiser at the Wilderness Unlimited Sac. Valley RV Park. There's a black powder hunting clinic in Davis, and the DFG is holding "Trout Fest" at the Kern hatchery. Of course, there are plenty of fundraising dinners to help out your favorite outdoor group.
